The All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship candidate for Katsina Local Government, Hon. Isah Miqdad AD Saude, has continued his series of engagements with party leaders across 12 wards within the local government area.
Hon. Miqdad commenced these meetings on Friday, aiming to discuss key issues concerning the upcoming local government elections, scheduled to take place in the next two weeks. He also sought to strengthen his support base among APC ward leaders.
As part of this outreach, he met with party leaders from Wakilin Gabas I, Wakilin Gabas II, Kangiwa, Arewa "A," and Arewa "B" wards, alongside councillorship candidates from each ward.
During the discussions, Hon. Miqdad reiterated the importance of party unity and leadership support to secure victory in the upcoming elections. He urged party leaders to foster reconciliation with any aggrieved members, emphasizing the need for collective efforts to ensure electoral success.
He also highlighted that Katsina Local Government has benefited significantly from the developmental projects of Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD. Acknowledging these achievements, he stressed the need to appreciate and build upon the progress made.
